The Cabinet of Wonders
In the beginning, I think that Petra is a great character from the book The Cabinet of Wonders. I think she is a great character because she is always curious about anything. I like Petra as a character because she is not boring, she will fight for her family and steal her father’s eyes back from the prince. I hope that you will read this book like I did.
Secondly, a reason I like her is because she is brave. Near the middle of the book she goes to the castle to get her father’s eyes back. She is extremely smart. Petra always thinks five steps ahead of whatever she is doing. She usually takes risky paths even though she thinks five steps ahead of time.
After that, Petra is always taking a risk, that’s one way to keep the book interesting. She goes into the ambassador’s room without permission and took a worry vial. Again without permission she goes into the Cabinet of Wonders with Neel. To get Neel to the prince’s corridor they forge a letter and pretending it was signed by the prince. I think the book just gets better and more interesting as she takes more risks.
Lastly, are you going to read the Cabinet of Wonders and find out much more about the book? Do you like Petra as a character or do you not like her?
